The Benefits Of Chocolate!

THE BENNIFITS OF CHOCOLATE

Who doesn’t like chocolate? We all love it, but we know how the saying goes, it makes you fat and causes acne…

However, chocolate is also a healthy food. Some German researchers have discovered that eating chocolate regularly reduces stress levels and minimizes heart disease.

Chocolate is also good for getting our brains working, because it has sugar and small amounts of caffeine. Chocolate also calms us down and makes us happy, because it stimulates the part of the brain that produces the sensation of happiness. This is part of the reason people love chocolate – because it makes us feel relaxed and makes us enjoy life and forget its problems.

Some studies even say that eating chocolate helps us to keep our weight down.

That said, it is not a good idea to eat chocolate all day long. One small square is enough and the more pure it is, the better.

Chocolates with more the 60% cacao are the best and are less likely to have added fats.  White chocolate or chocolate with almonds are not good ones to eat on a daily basis. These sorts of chocolates aren’t very natural and don’t have much cacao, the ingredient that makes chocolate healthy.
