Just like any muscle in the body that needs to be worked every day to stay in shape, the brain too, needs to be flexed!

But, how do we give our mind a work-out? Well, it is not the kind of exercise that is going to make you sweat. But don’t worry, we are not going to make you do any complicated mathematical problems. Happy

You just need to do the following on a daily basis:

Say good bye to the routine. Routines and doing the same thing day in and day out is boring. Also, once you are used to something the brain has a chance to relax. So, to work the brain change things up. Rearrange the furniture in your room, go to class another way that you don’t normally go, and shop at new stores.

Use your memory. Maybe mobile phones and agendas are useful but they do not help your brain stay agile. Instead, try to remember all your most important phone numbers and addresses.

Right or Left? If you are right-handed then shake things up by eating or writing with your left hand. Do the same thing if you are left-handed. Forcing your brain to train your ‘unexperienced’ hand to do
