Nick Jonas Checks In With Another Simple Win!

Nick Jonas has another simple win under his belt. Check out what the 17-year-old musician wrote on his blog:

“Another busy month is coming to an end. This month I went back into production of JONAS, finished my first side project tour with Nick Jonas and the Administration and released my new album, Who I Am.

“Thank you to all for supporting my side project, your support put my album at #3 release week! I could have never accomplished that without the support of the fans, thank you so much. I had such a great time touring with The Administration and introducing the world to my new music. This is just the beginning of much more to come.

“Production began this month on the 2nd season of JONAS. The writers have come up with some really good story lines for this season, should be a fun time shooting it all. In fact we have been shooting 5 days a week so it keeps me very busy. Personally can’t wait for everyone to see it.

“I hope that everyone is watching the Olympics. It is so inspiring to watch the various athletes and see how all their hard training and perseverance pays off. My Simple Win this month: Using my new CONTOUR® USB meter during my hectic schedule. It makes it easy to keep track of all my levels by simply plugging it into my computer.

It was just announced this morning that Selena would be jumping into a role in the upcoming Monte Carlo with Nicole Kidman producing.

Pretty Before Going To Bed! 

It is best to take some time before you go to bed to take care of any beauty needs. In the morning we are always in a hurry, so if you get ready a bit the night before you will have less to do in the morning.

Tired eyes, To avoid puffy or dark circles under your eyes in the morning, try out this trick. Take a warm tea bag and place it under your eyes for 10 minutes. You’ll see how relaxing this is!

After the tea, then take a hot shower and watch your face well with a special pore cleansing soap. This will get rid of blackheads and other unwanted blemishes.

What about tired legs? To avoid tired legs, spray your legs down with super cold water!

OK, we know this sounds a bit nuts, but cold water will get your circulation going and revive tired legs.
Hair. Dry your hair before going to bed. If you sleep on wet hair you could get sick and you may wake up in the morning with a strange hairdo!

How is it that lemons smell so good but taste so bitter? We are sure that you can’t bite into a lemon without making a face.

Lemons come from the same family as oranges and are rich in vitamin C, but the difference is that lemons are very acidic. The very same vitamin C is what makes this fruit so acidic, and it is a vitamin that we need to survive.

You can use other parts of the lemon apart from the fruit. The peel is also good for desserts, drinks and making natural therapies for you hands, skin, and hair.

For example, if you smash up a banana and then mix in 10 lemon drops, a spoonful of honey and mix it up, you will have yourself a great facial mask for nighttime use. Mix it up and leave it on your face for 10 minutes and you will see what soft skin you have afterwards.

Of course lemonade is great in the summertime and a slice of lemon in coca-cola or a hot cup of tea can also be really refreshing.

Nick Jonas Gets New Album Jitters! 

 

Nick Jonas is just weeks away from seeing his new solo album hit stores and is a bit nervous about it. 

The 17-year-old performer dished to MTV News, “I’m feeling it … I’m feeling the vamp-up. It’s exciting. It’s just hard to believe it’s all happening. I’m thankful to everyone who made it possible … not so much nervous. I think once we get closer I might be anxious to see what the response is, but so far it’s been good and that’s encouraging.” 

Nick also revealed that his new song “Stay” may be on a bonus edition of the album. He shared, “It might be on a bonus edition. I wrote it a little late to add it to the record now, but you never know what could happen.”
