When you have your nails done nicely, it makes you look for formal and elegant. You could even have a bad hair day, but if your nails look fabulous, it will make all the difference!
First thing to remember is not to bite your nails. Many people have the bad habit of biting their nails, but this is a really horrible habit.
Next thing to remember is to keep all your nails at the same length. Don’t use scissors to cut your nails, use nail clippers.
File you nails. After you have then all at the same length then you will want to file your nails so that they don’t scratch. You will notice that there are many kinds of files out there and you will want the one with multi uses that allows you to file, define and shine your nails. There are also files that have the steps to perfect filing on them, and you can find these in most drug stores.
After cleaning and filing your nails, paint them with the color you have chosen. When the first layer has dried, apply the second layer. When both layers of color have dried, then add a clear glaze over the top to protect the color.
Taylor Swift With Straight Hair!
Taylor Swift almost never changes her style. We are so used to seeing her with long curly hair, we almost didn’t recognize her with straight hair. She looks like another person.
Taylor straightened her hair to pose for some photos. Maybe the stylists were sick of seeing her with the same old look, (she never does ponytails or buns) and that’s why they decided to do something different.
What do you think of Taylor with straight hair? We like it and think she looks very pretty. However, her curls give her something that most people don’t have and make her look a bit more exotic.
Bangs Or No Bangs?
Bangs make up a small part of our hairstyle but can change our look completely.
The first thing to consider about bangs is that when you go to the hair salon you need to talk with your stylist about what sort of bangs are best for you, as there are many different styles and lengths. For example, if you have a large forehead then you might want bangs with lots of volume which will bring balance to your features.

Bangs are good for masking things we want covered up. If you have a acne, you can use your bangs to cover up the blemishes on your forehead. You can’t get rid of zits, but you can mask them.
Girls with curly hair can also have bangs. If you have curly hair and straight bangs it makes for an interesting contrast, and a cool look.
Most importantly when you go to the hair dresser make sure you know what you want. You could even bring with your a photo of a model or actress that has the style you like to show the hairdresser. It is also important to ask the stylist which sort of bangs would work best for you face. Tell him or her what you want and then let them give you some advice.
Tips For Feeling Better!
There are days when we feel down because of a argument with our parents, our guy, or our friends.
When you have had a hard day there are a few things you can do to overcome the stress and blue feelings: Shut yourself away in your room, or try to change your mood. Today we have some useful tips on how to really feel better fast.
Do exercise that makes you sweat. It seems silly, but doing exercise makes us feel happier. Why? Exercise helps to release endorphins, which are the hormones which control our moods. When you do exercise you also get rid of stress and help oxygen flow to the brain which will help you to think more clearly. Plus,. regular exercise promotes a healthy life helping to protect your heart, immune system and bones.
After working out and sweating it all out the best thing to do is take a hot shower. You’ll see that after the shower you will feel much refreshed.
Afterwards eat a small portion of any of the following: dark chocolate, dried fruit, fruit juice or chocolate milk. these are sugar rich food which you will need after all that exercise and which will help to stimulate the release of endorphins. We are sure that you will feel better if not totally recovered if you follow these steps.
