ORANGE JUICE FACIAL CLEANSER

It is important to keep your face clean and healthy to avoid acne and blackheads. This is especially true for your skin is oily.

Consistency and patience are key factors in keep ing your skin looking its best. Some skin takes longer than others to react to the treatments you are doing. You also need to remember that not all treatments are created equal. What works for your friend may not actually work for you.

Today we are going to tell you how to use orange to clean and nourish your skin. This is the right treatment for people who do not want to use chemicals and prefer a natural approach to beauty.

Here’s how to do it: Take a piece of gauze and some freshly squeezed orange juice and soak the gauze in the Orange Juice. Then spread the gauze over your face. Let the citrus in the gauze take its affect for 5 to ten minutes, and then wash it off with warm water.

After, user a toner to close your pores and then apply your favorite facial cream to keep your skin hydrated. Remember that even if your skin is oily, you still need to find and use a facial cream that is right for you. Doing a facial treatment does not replace the need for hydration.

Your hairstyle can accentuate your natural beauty, or not. It is important to pick a hairstyle that brings out the best of your face.

Square face: If your face has a lot of hard angles, then you want a haircut that softens these lines. The best is a shoulder-length cut that is wavy, not straight. Hayden Panettiere has this sort of face and cut. She looks good with bangs, but doesn’t usually have them.

If you have a triangular face then you may have a prominent of pointy chin, like Kristen Stewart. The best look for you then is long hair cut into layers that will give it volume.

Long face: If your face is long then you will want to wear your hair curly or wavy with bangs. Taylor Swift is a good example of this look. Check her out with straight hair!

Round face: If you have a round face then you can wear your hair in just about any style. Just look at Selena and Miley! But the best cut is a long straight style that balances the roundness of their faces.

You might need to use tools that require adult supervision, such as glue gun and scissors. If so, these can be replaced by textile glue and safety scissors. Make sure you ask your parents some help.

Make these adorable gingerbread people face cookies with your friends. Just line up the candies and let them have a decorating party!

What you’ll need:

  • Your favorite gingerbread cookie recipe or try ours!
  • Candies for decoration such as gumdrops, nonpareils, sprinkles, decorator icing, M&M’s, Skittles, etc

How to make it:

  1. Make cookie dough and use large round cookie cutters or a drinking cup to create circles. Bake as directed and allow to cool off completely.
  2. Place different types of decorations into small bowls. We used Dots candy, spiced gumdrops, nonpareils, Skittles candies, and white tube decorator frosting (Picture #1).
  3. Use decorator frosting to draw on rick rack (Picture #2).
  4. To “glue” on eyes, cheeks and nose, dot some decorator frosting onto the cookie, then gently press the decoration on top of it.
  5. Cut gumdrops in half, use the top half for eyes and bottom half for cheeks.
  6. To make colorful hair, cover top of cookie with decorator icing them dip into nonpareils or sprinkles (Picture #3).

Tips:

  • If you would like softer cookies, do not roll the dough as thin and bake for a few minutes less.
  • If you have several friends participating, be sure to set out enough bowls of decorations and place them within reach.
  • This is a perfect photo opportunity! Be sure to have your camera ready when your friends will begin to decorate.
