Hybrids are plants or animals that are the result of mixing two different species. These creatures are strange and rare, and are usually the result of man toying with nature.
Hybrid animals take the best traits from their mother and father, and that is why they are created to increase productivity.
Some of the weirdest hybrids out there are ones like the Liger, which is a cross between a lion and a tiger. The result is a lion with stripes. A liger is bigger than a lion because it doesn’t have the gene that limits growth. This is the biggest feline in the world! It can be up to 12 feet long!
Another strange one is the Tigon, which is a cross between a male tiger and female lion. In this case, the Tigon is small, because it haws twice as much of the gene that stops growth. These animals were raised and created in captivity and you would never see them in the wild (tigers live in Africa and Asia).
Some other cool hybrids are the Zebra-horse, the Leopion, which is a cross between a female lion and a leopard and the Bengali, which is a mix of house cat and bengali wildcat.

Breakfast is the most important meal we eat, but it is also the one we tend to overlook.
Most people are in a hurry in the morning which is why they forget to eat breakfast or just skip it. Sometimes when we wake up late all we have time for is a glass of milk before we rush out the door to school.
This can result in feeling very tired by mid-morning, because of a drop in our bodies’ sugar levels. That’s why you’ve got to eat breakfast. Experts say that breakfast makes up for 25% of the energy we use all day.
A good breakfast is made up of cereals (toast, cereal, crackers), dairy (milk, yogurt, etc) or soy for those who don’t eat dairy, and fruit (fresh fruit, juice). A good breakfast takes time, so get out of bed and have something to eat because your health and performance at school is depending on it.

2 orange mini marshmallows |

1 purple Jordan almond |
|
1 green gumdrop, halved |
|
1 white gum ball, halved |
|
Red gel icing |
|
4 candy corns |
1. Turn the unwrapped cupcake upside down and frost. Set on a cape made from the grape fruit leather.
2. Use the jimmies for hair, the marshmallows for ears, the almond for a nose and the gumdrops — placed on the gum balls — for eyes (make them bloodshot with gel icing). The teeth are candy corns with red gel blood, and the tongue is strawberry fruit leather.
