Demi Lovato lets out a hearty laugh with her BFFs Joe and Nick Jonas as she holds up a giant Wilson tennis ball at the 2010 Arthur Ashe Kids Day in Queens, NY on Saturday afternoon (August 28).

The trio, plus older brother Kevin, enjoyed a full-day of tennis and music for children and families, including interactive games, musical entertainment and grounds activities honoring the legacy of Arthur Ashe as the US Open begins.

Also performing at the festival were David Archuleta and Allstar Weekend. Their pics will be posted soon!

Big Rob joins in on the fun with the Jonas Brothers as they perform on stage at the 2010 Arthur Ashe Kids Day held at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York City on Saturday afternoon (August 28).

Joined by Demi Lovato, David Archuleta and Allstar Weekend, the musical trio hit up some of their favorite tunes during the concert.

DoSomething.org and Staples are teaming up with actress and screenwriter, Nikki Reed, for the 3rd Annual National Staples/Do Something 101 School Supply Drive (www.dosomething101.org).

Nikki Reed know that school kids need supplies more than ever and she’s teaming up with DoSomething.org to make sure they get what they need.

The 22-year-old actress is encouraging teens to make a difference this summer by collecting school supplies and dropping them off at their local Staples store from July 4 through September 18.

Each store will be matched to a local educational not-for-profit organization serving local youth, and DoSomething and Staples will ensure that all the donations get to these partners just in time for the new school year.

How can you get involved? Log onto DoSomething101.org for ideas on how to run local school supply drives and to sign up for an action kit. Whether holding a school supply drive at summer camp, during a summer sports league, or at a neighborhood block party, DoSomething and Staples offer tips, resources, and flyers for how to get started and make the most of every teen’s summer.

Kevin Jonas – Field Trips For All With Lunchables!

Kevin Jonas pays close attention to a young fan as he shows him how to do a dance at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County on Tuesday afternoon (April 27).

The 22-year-old musician joined a second grade class from Manhattan Place Elementary School as he kicked off Lunchables Field Trips For All program.

As part of their adventure, the kids were given the VIP treatment as they learned about all things aquatic, including viewing a reconstructed 63-foot-long Humbolt Fin Whale as well as taking a unique tour with an ocean curator discussing the preservation of skeletons and shells.

Kevin shared with press, “I remember my first field trip to Liberty Science Center. It was one of the best parts of going to school – being with friends, learning about new things and having fun! I’m excited to work with the Lunchables team to help kick-off the ‘Field Trips for All’ program, and help give deserving kids a chance to discover new things and get inspired by a great experience.”

The “Field Trips For All” program is the first effort from Lunchables aimed at empowering kids with opportunities that help them realize their full potential. Idol Gives Back $45 Million!

This year’s episode of Idol Gives Back raised nearly $45 million to benefit various charities including the Feeding America, Children’s Health Fund, United Nations Foundation, Malaria No More and Save the Children’s U.S. Programs.

Performances made on the American Idol stage were given by Carrie Underwood, Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys and Sir Elton John.

The annual fund-raising event has raised more than $140 million since its inception in 2007. Last year, Idol Gives Back raised $60 million.

Jennifer Garner reads There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Shell to a little girl at LBJ Elementary in Jackson, Kentucky.

The 38-year-old actress took part in Save The Children’s Early Steps to School Success program, which helps kids get ready for school by making sure they have strong reading skills.

Jen’s visit to Breathitt, Kentucky – near her hometown – was televised as part of American Idol’s “Idol Gives Back” special yesterday (April 22).

“Four-year-olds who grow up in poverty are 18 months behind children who grow up in even lower-middle-class communities,” Jen said. “It’s not fair.”

Gabrielle Union is all smiles as she attends an evening of cocktails and private shopping at the Ralph Lauren Atlanta store on Wednesday (April 21) in Atlanta, Georgia.

The 37-year-old actress (pictured here with actress Jasmine Burke) shopped to benefit The Ludacris Foundation, a nonprofit that serves to inspire youth and encourage healthy lifestyles.

Founder Chris “Ludacris” Bridges also attended the event!
