Selena Gomez and The Scene go crazy with their plaques during her backyard BBQ bash over the weekend.

All the band members received gold records to commemorate RIAA certified sales of more than 500,000 copies of the album Kiss And Tell and single “Naturally,” which went Platinum with over 1,000,000 downloads.

Selena popped in on Facebook to update her fans on her sore throat situation. She posted, “I’m sure most of you know that my voice is gone and that I had to cancel some of my upcoming shows. After my 2 week promo tour with Joey I started to feel pain in my throat from talking too much. As soon as I came home I went to see my doctor and he said that I had damaged my vocal chords and that I had acid reflex (probably from pickles).”

She continued, “He put me on medication and wanted to see me in a few days. When I went back my voice had gotten much worse. He then told me that I had to cancel my shows and be on vocal rest for a week. I felt so horrible that I couldn’t perform. I begged the doctor to give me more medication to last me through these shows, he said if I went I could lose my voice completely and have permanent damage. I had to give up and agree to not go but I WILL make it up.”

Selena Gomez gets her groove on as she appears on the Spanish TV show El Hormiguero in Madrid on Tuesday afternoon (April 13).

The 17-year-old actress is making her way around Europe, promoting her debut album, Kiss and Tell.

Sel recently caught up with Radio Disney Top 30 Countdown host Jake to dish on Radio Disney Jams 12. She shared about hearing her songs on Radio Disney, “It’s amazing. Disney is where it all started with me so being able to be recognized by my fellow Disney people is a good feeling.”

Pretty Before Going To Bed! 

It is best to take some time before you go to bed to take care of any beauty needs. In the morning we are always in a hurry, so if you get ready a bit the night before you will have less to do in the morning.

Tired eyes, To avoid puffy or dark circles under your eyes in the morning, try out this trick. Take a warm tea bag and place it under your eyes for 10 minutes. You’ll see how relaxing this is!

After the tea, then take a hot shower and watch your face well with a special pore cleansing soap. This will get rid of blackheads and other unwanted blemishes.

What about tired legs? To avoid tired legs, spray your legs down with super cold water!

OK, we know this sounds a bit nuts, but cold water will get your circulation going and revive tired legs.
Hair. Dry your hair before going to bed. If you sleep on wet hair you could get sick and you may wake up in the morning with a strange hairdo!

Selena Gomez Rocks House Of Blues!

With a ribbon headband in her hair, Selena Gomez greets her fans outside the House of Blues in San Diego on Sunday afternoon (November 15).

The 17-year-old singer/actress performed several songs including her hit song “Falling Down” and her new single, “Naturally.” Check out all the videos from her concert below!

Selena tweeted after the show, saying, “Just got home from my first show, I had such an amazing day today. You guys made my first show so memorable, Thank You so much!!!!! I also found out that San Francisco sold out in an hour, I can’t believe it!!! You are all the best and I am so grateful….. off to bed see you soon Anaheim.”

Nick, 17, announced his side project late last month.

Along with his big brothers Kevin and Joe, posted a message on their MySpace saying, “Nick is working on a side project called ‘Nick Jonas & The Administration.’ This project will be released early in 2010. We are ALL excited about this project AND what we are doing TOGETHER!”

The lyrics in the preview go, “Who I am/Nothing makes sense, nothing makes sense anymore/nothing is right, nothing is right when you’re gone.”

“Who I Am” is rumored to premiere on Thursday, December 3rd.
