Has this happened to you? You paint your nails and the bottle is almost full. The polish is weaker than you expected and looks awful on the nail.

This could be for two reasons: you didn’t shake the bottle before painting your nails or you didn’t keep the bottle in a cool place.

Polish needs to be used to stay fresh and it also needs to stay cool. The best bet? Get a small box, put all your polishes in the box and stick them in the fridge.

Another way to keep polish in good shape is by dropping in a couple drops of alcohol and shaking up the bottle.

What not to do? You may have heard that a way to get polish to a fluid state again is by adding some nail polish remover. This does work but it ruins the polish. We recommend not doing this.
