Today we continue with more tips on how to keep your brain healthy and active.
Reading is healthier. This seems like an obvious one, but reading is good for you. Reading makes your imagination work while you explore worlds of fantasy. Imagination is a sign that our brain waves are working correctly.
Crossword puzzles and sudokus. Solving puzzles like these makes you mind sharper.
Words and more words. Try to learn and memorize one new word a day from the dictionary.
Walnuts. Surprise, walnuts not only look like a mini-brain but help feed your brain. They’re brain-food! These yummy nuts are good for your mind and are an anti-aging food.
New activities. Do you want to learn how to give yourself a French manicure? Do you want to learn to bake a pie? Have you always wanted to learn to dance? Leave your fears behind and try something new. Learning new things is good for your brain.
If you can do a few of the above a few times a week, you will notice how your much more agile your mind becomes.
