It is important to keep your face clean and healthy to avoid acne and blackheads. This is especially true for your skin is oily.

Consistency and patience are key factors in keep ing your skin looking its best. Some skin takes longer than others to react to the treatments you are doing. You also need to remember that not all treatments are created equal. What works for your friend may not actually work for you.

Today we are going to tell you how to use orange to clean and nourish your skin. This is the right treatment for people who do not want to use chemicals and prefer a natural approach to beauty.

Here’s how to do it: Take a piece of gauze and some freshly squeezed orange juice and soak the gauze in the Orange Juice. Then spread the gauze over your face. Let the citrus in the gauze take its affect for 5 to ten minutes, and then wash it off with warm water.

After, user a toner to close your pores and then apply your favorite facial cream to keep your skin hydrated. Remember that even if your skin is oily, you still need to find and use a facial cream that is right for you. Doing a facial treatment does not replace the need for hydration.

It’s horrible to have a cold! Sneezing, headaches, coughing…in the winter time it seems like we get one cold right after another one. On the other hand, maybe it is worse to get a cold in the summertime when it keeps you away from the pool and friends.

There is one easy way to ward off colds and their symptoms: eating oranges. Oranges have lots of beneficial properties and one of them is that they boost the immune system and combat viruses that would otherwise have you ill.

Oranges are also important to eat if you want to have a balanced diet. Humans need vitamin C to survive and oranges have lots of this important vitamin. One orange contains all the vitamin C we need for one day.

This fruit also has lots of antioxidants which help the body’s cells to stay young and healthy. If all that wasn’t enough, oranges are also a good source of water, energy and fiber.

Right now, oranges are in season in countries which are in the winter season. This is a good example of how nature knows best: in the winter time we get more colds! With oranges as a winter food, we are offered nature’s remedy to keep us healthy in the colder months.
