Chloe Bridges – Dana is Switzerland!

Chloe Bridges stars as Dana in the upcoming Camp Rock 2 The Final Jam — which premieres on Disney Channel in just nine days.

The 18-year-old pianist/actress caught up with TV Guide to chat about her character, the friendships she’s made and the movie. Check it:

On Dana: “The cool thing about Dana is she is just real and raw and honest and uninhibited — she is definitely an empowered female. She doesn’t really interact with any of the other girls in the movie. They would refer to Dana as Switzerland — she doesn’t get involved in the Camp Rock/Camp Star battle thing.”

On not realizing how big Camp Rock really was: “I actually didn’t quite know what I was getting myself into. I had no idea what a phenomenon Camp Rock had become and it blew me away how supportive and passionate the fans are. They would wait outside where we were shooting just to see us drive into work and that blew my mind. I’ve never worked on a movie that has so much hype around it.”

On pushing Nick Jonas into a lake: “He [took it] because he’s Nick and he’s the man and takes everything well, but I would’ve been mad.”

The new season of Radio Disney’s Next Big Thing is launching on September 15th!

Over the course of 10 weeks, Radio Disney and Disney Channel audiences will be invited to look, listen and vote for their favorite artist at RadioDisney.com or by texting “NBT” to DISNEY (347639). The highest ranked “N.B.T.” artist will have the opportunity to have their single released by Disney Music Group and open for Allstar Weekend at a special holiday performance.

The showcase includes interviews and in-studio performances with a new “N.B.T.” artist every two weeks. During each showcase period on Radio Disney, each artist will have their single on the playlist, and join on- air personalities Ernie D and Jake Whetter in studio. Simultaneously, Disney Channel will present a preview of each artist and a sampling of their musical talent in interstitials hosted by Jake. Each artist will also have two full songs, exclusive videos, photos and bios on RadioDisney.com.

AMBER LILY (September 15-September 28) — A 13-year-old pop and R&B singer and songwriter from San Francisco, California who currently resides in Los Angeles, California

KICKING DAISIES (September 29-October 12) — A four-member rock band–Duran Visek (guitar, vocals, age 15), Carly Kalafus (bass, age 14), Ben Spremulli (guitar, age 14), and Caitlin Kalafus (drums, age 17) — from Milford, Connecticut

SACHA EDWARDS (October 13-October 26) — A 14-year-old pop and rock singer and songwriter from Los Angeles, California

MATTHEW JOHNSON (October 27-November 9) — A 13-year-old pop singer and songwriter from Dallas, Texas

COCO JONES (November 10-November 23) — A 12-year-old pop singer and rapper from Columbia, South Carolina who currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee

The “N.B.T.” winner will be announced on-air by Ernie D on Friday, December 3.

Demi Lovato Covers Girl’s Life June 2010!

Demi Lovato keeps it cute on the June 2010 cover of Girl’s Life magazine.

The 17-year-old actress/singer opens up to the magazine about not trying to change for others, her famous friendships, and her summer must-haves. Check it:

On keeping it real: “I wasted a lot of time worrying about those things and trying to change for others. I could’ve saved myself a lot of self-esteem issues.”

On her friendship with Miley Cyrus: “Miley has been in the spotlight longer thatn I have, so I go to her. I can text her that I’m crying and stressed out, and she’ll reply back: ‘All right, here’s what you do.’ She’s the sweetest thing in the world.”

On Selena Gomez: “We’re both busy, and I wish the best for her. True friends don’t let their friends or family be mean to you. If you can’t trust somebody, you can’t be friends with them.”

On one of her summer must haves: “I’m looking forward to going back out [on the road] for my tour, hopefully with some of my friends. I think that would be the best ever!”

The Jonas Brothers sandwich in their BFF Demi Lovato as they chat about their upcoming summer tour on Good Morning America Thursday morning (May 13).

Kevin shared, “We’re headed back out on the road with Demi, Jonas Brothers and our friends from Camp Rock 2 The Final Jam. It will be a blast. We’ll be bringing the movie to life every where we go. We’re really excited about it.”

Joe Jonas Is Killafornia Cute!

With a backwards baseball cap on top his head, Joe Jonas heads back to his car after grabbing a bite to eat in Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon (May 12).

The 20-year-old musician chatted earlier today with Radio Disney host Ernie D about the coming Jonas Brothers — Demi Lovato — Camp Rock 2 tour.

Joe shared at one point in the interview, “With having a lot of fun people on tour with us this time, we’ll have so much energy on stage.”

Kevin Jonas is more than ready to win a million bucks for charity tonight.

Selena Gomez Sings ‘Naturally’ A capella!

Selena Gomez and Tony Melillo, creative director for Dream Out Loud, go over a few designs in Los Angeles earlier this month.

It was just recently announced that the 17-year-old actress’ line will be available in K-Mart’s nationwide starting on July 15 — just days before the premiere of her new flick, Ramona and Beezus, in theaters.

Retail prices for the line’s items — which include hats, scarves, necklaces, bangles, tops and bottoms — cap off at $24.

Terry Frontera, a US-based artist, has lots of imagination. Checkout some of the art she has come up with using stuff from around the house.

Look how simple the scenes she creates are, yet how much they entail. We most like the Christmas decorations that are asking the star for its autograph! We also like the egg sending his mom a letter. His mom is the fried chicken behind him! Poor eggy!

Billy: So you guys went from boyfriend-girlfriend to best friends?
Demi: No, kind of the opposite.
Billy: OH? So so you’re dating him now?
Demi: Ummm, yeah. He’s perfect!

The 17-year-old actress shared about her character, Mitchie, “We were kind of alike in the first movie too, where we both really didn’t know who we were and just wanted to fit in. I was new to Disney Chanel and wanted to make friends. In this movie, there’s no lying, she’s found her own and going in there confident. I feel that’s how I feel now — a lot more confident.”

Miley Cyrus shows off her long locks as she walks back to her Mercedes in Toluca Lake, Calif., on Monday afternoon (March 11).

The 17-year-old actress recently chatted with JJJ about her upcoming movie, The Last Song and how she picked up the piano in just two lessons.

Miley shared with us, “I was like, ‘Its so hard. I had to take two whole lessons?!’ She [producer] was like, ‘You picked it up in two lessons?’ I’m like, ‘I know. It was so difficult.’ She was like, ‘Wow, it takes most people a really long time.’ But I guess because I’m just used to playing instruments and I’m not really scared to sound like crap for the first. I started kind of messy and I got better and better. By the end of the movie, I think I finally actually had the song down. So, it took me a while. I did okay. It was Greg [Kinnear] that really he didn’t keep up with his lessons. He never practiced. It was really bad!”
