The Jonas Brothers Support The Elephant Project!

The Jonas Brothers each hold up a stuffed elephant in support of The Elephant Project, an organization to raise money and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Association.

Here’s how The Elephant Project works: Celebs pose with an elephant beanie baby (because “elephants never forget”) and sign a special Elephant Project card, which are then auctioned off to raise money to fight Alzheimer’s disease. Each auction package comes with an 8″×10″ picture of the celebrity and the elephant, a signed card from that celebrity, and an elephant beanie baby.

Currently, over $21,000 has been raised for Alzheimer’s care, research and support!

Ariana Grande is warming up her vocal cords not for another YouTube cover, but for a bigger benefit — The Broadway in South Africa Benefit!

The event will celebrate and benefit the funding for Broadway in South Africa (BSA), which is a non-profit venture aimed to develop a cross-cultural exchange between youth who are in need and artists who seek to use their talents for change.

Also performing are Frankie Grande, Emma Hunton, Jose Llana, Tracy McDowell, and Lisa Nicole Wilkerson.

It all takes place on October 4th @ 7PM at the Manhattan Center in NYC.

Sophia Bush To Run Half-Marathon For The Gulf!

Sophia Bush just announced that she’s going to run a half-marathon (13.1 miles) to raise more funds for the victims of the Gulf Coast oil spill.

“I am going to run a half marathon this November,” the 27-year-old actress blogged. “Yup. Me. The asthmatic with a years-old knee injury, who hasn’t run a mile since Junior High. No seriously.”

Sophia continued, “I am going to work on video blogs for all of you, so you can meet the team members and our sponsors, you can see our runs, track our progress, and maybe even run with us, wherever you are! Imagine it. Hundreds, or even thousands of us, running all over the country, maybe all over the world! That would certainly show the powers that be that we will not back down. We will not be quiet. We will make our Little Voices heard!”

Get ready to run with Joe Jonas once again!

The 20-year-old musician/actor is hosting and running in a new iWin 5K Fun Run in Shoreline Park in Mountain View, California on Saturday, September 18th!

The 1k/5k run and walk is going to benefit the Special Olympics by donating money raised by participants and sponsors! The Special Olympics gives children and adults with developmental disabilities hands on sports training and allows them to compete in their favorite sports all for free!

To help raise even more money, the Jonas Brothers are giving away meet and greet opportunities and two VIP concert seats for their Shoreline Ampitheatre concert as prizes for the top fundraisers.

More than a dozen of Hollywood’s young stars have joined together for a new PSA called “Change The Odds,” in support of Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C), an initiative raising funds for cancer research.

Some of the cast includes: Vanessa Hudgens, her boyfriend Zac Efron, the new Spider-Man Andrew Garfield, Dakota Fanning, Logan Lerman, Sofia Vassilieva, and William Moseley.

Zac and Vanessa’s scenes are so cute!

Powered by volunteers and families with loved ones on the autism spectrum, this fundraising effort generates vital funds for autism research, awareness and family services. Autism is the fastest-growing serious developmental disorder, with 1% of the population affected.

Miley Cyrus’s new album Can’t Be Tamed is dropping June 22!

The new title single will premiere on MySpace Music on Friday, April 30 @ 12PM ET/9AM PT and will premiere on radio on May 3. “Can’t Be Tamed” will be available for sale on iTunes on May 18.

The new album will be available as a standalone CD, as well as a combo CD/DVD concert release. The DVD contains a full length, never-before-seen presentation from Miley’s sold-out worldwide “Miley World” tour. The concert will also be excerpted in a prime-time network special.

Miley, 17, teamed with Grammy Award-winning producer John Shanks and long-time collaborators Tim James and Antonina Armato on her new album. Tim and Antonina produced and co-wrote “Can’t Be Tamed” with Miley, and the video was directed by MTV Award-winning Robert Hales.

Kristen Stewart Walks For Diabetes Awareness!

Kristen Stewart helps boxer Sugar Ray Leonard cut the blue ribbon during the 2009 JDRF Walk To Cure Diabetes at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon (November 8).

The 19-year-old actress was a surprise guest at the event where thousands of walkers showed up to raise awareness and money for a cure for Type 1 Juvenile Diabetes.

The 2008 walk raised more than $1,800,000 dollars for diabetes research and JDRF hopes to raise a minimum of $2,000,000 dollars!

Check out this short teaser clip for Demi Lovato’s new music video, “Remember December.”

The 17-year-old singer shot the video a few days before Halloween and recruited Camp Rock 2 pals Meaghan Martin, Anna Maria Perez de Tagle and Chloe Bridges to make appearances in the video.

Demi tweeted about it, saying, “It’s gonna be killer. Like no other video I’ve shot before!!! Thanks to everybody that came out to either watch or be a part of the new video. YAY! SO excited for you to see it!”

The “Remember December” music video will premiere on Thursday, November 12 on Disney Channel.
