Nick Jonas Is Young Hollywood Artist Of The Year!

The 17-year-old musician was honored at the 2010 Young Hollywood Awards last night as Artist of the Year. Nick tweeted, “Wow. What an honor winning artist of the year. Thanks so much everyone.”

Demi Lovato and Matthew MDot Finley go head to head in the brand-new video for “It’s On” from Camp Rock 2 The Final Jam.

Kevin Jonas told MTV recently about the video, “The video is a really cool concept. It takes on the aspect of the music and just the intensity, the high energy of what the song is. … What’s cool is just the passion of all the people who are singing.”

A warning to Kevin Jonas‘ wife, Danielle, and Joe Jonas‘ girlfriend, Demi Lovato: The Jonas Brothers only have two things on their mind as they plan to head out on tour this summer.

“It’s a great way to enjoy hanging out with friends,” Kevin explained when E! News caught up with the band Thursday after they shot hoops for the Xbox 360 Sweepstakes. “On tour we have a lot of downtime so that’s a really nice way to spend your afternoon.”

What are these guys talking about?

Videogames and softball, of course!

“Danielle’s really good at racing games,” offered Kevin. Joe, however, remains unsure as to Demi’s gaming prowess.

“Not yet,” he said sheepishly when we asked whether Demi’s been on his case about all the Xbox they play (though Nick admitted that youngest JoBro Frankie could kick all their butts).

But so long as Demi brings her glove on tour, she should be fine, because the Jonas Brothers can’t wait to get their softball team, the Road Dogs—comprising whoever’s part of their tour who wants to play—back in action.

And they already have an opponent in mind.

“We just play anybody who challenges us,” Joe told us. “E! can start a team and challenge us.”

“Michael Yo, we’re calling you out!” exclaimed Kevin. Added Nick: “I could think of a couple people at E! that we could call out.”

Unfortunately, Joe said, E! News anchor Ryan Seacrest already informed them that “softball’s not his thing.”

“But I’d like to see him try,” Kevin said.

“It would be fun,” Nick agreed, before correcting himself. “Funny,” he clarified.

Are you ready to see the Jonas Brothers run around Los Angeles?

It was just announced that the second season, now titled JONAS L.A., will premiere on Sunday, June 20th @ 8:30PM ET/PT on Disney Channel.

The second season of fun delves into individual storylines as Kevin, Joe and Nick – and their security chief, Big Man – are fresh off their world concert tour and ready for a summer vacation in a rental house high atop the Hollywood Hills. As they begin their left coast adventure, two familiar faces, Stella and Macy (Chelsea Staub, Nicole Anderson), join them and wind up sharing a nearby guesthouse with Stella’s aunt Lisa (Beth Crosby). Now, the five friends take off on a summer of fun, especially after they meet their gregarious neighbor, DZ (Adam Hicks).

Despite months of anticipation, Joe and Stella encounter detours on the road to “Joella,” mainly since he’s met free-spirited actress Vanessa Page (Abby Pivaronas), who’s helping him pursue his acting ambition. After auditioning in a room filled with “Joes,” he lands a role in Vanessa’s new movie, and their mercurial working relationship quickly spurs rumors of “Jonessa.”

While on the movie set, Kevin gets his long sought chance to learn film directing, and manages to steer around the abrasive manner of his mentor, famed director Mona Klein (Debi Mazar). Meanwhile, Nick writes new songs for the band and is pleasantly surprised by his growing friendship with Macy, which makes him want to prove he’s more than just a world famous rock star.

Joe Jonas Has A Helping Hand!

Joe Jonas offers from green to an out-of-luck man as he leaves his local Starbucks on Wednesday afternoon (April 28).

The 20-year-old musician, who ran into some fans on his way out, dished to JJJ at Disney’s Friends for Change shoot about the upcoming season of JONAS.

Joe shared, “We have amazing guest stars this season. There’s David Henrie, Emma Roberts, Debi Mazar…it’s been incredible. I would love to see Daniel Craig on the show (laughs).”

Kevin Jonas raises his arms in victory as his family goes wild in the stands on this mini-preview of his appearance on NBC’s Minute To Win It.

The 22-year-old actor/musician, who competed for Change for the Children Foundation, dished to the L.A. Times about his appearance: “I worked very hard on the game, and it was a very good time. I would love to do it again some time. I practiced day and night, for sure, for practically two weeks.”

Kevin’s appearance will be aired on Sunday, May 23rd @ 8PM ET/PT on NBC.

Coming in at number nine on the long list of TIME’s Most Influential People, Taylor Swift takes a rest backstage in this new shot from her tour.

Stevie Nicks, who teamed up with Taylor, 20, for the 2010 Grammys, says of her duet partner, “Taylor is writing for the universal woman and for the man who wants to know her…I still walk around singing her song ‘Today was a Fairytale.’ All of us girls want that boy to pick us up and think that we look beautiful even though we’re in jeans and clogs. We want it at 14, and we want it at 60.”

She continued, “Taylor sings, she writes, she performs, she plays great guitar. She reminds me of myself in her determination and her ability to be extremely childlike. It’s an innocence that’s so special and so rare. This little girl writes the songs that make the whole world sing.”

We’ve found the future winner of Project Runway. When it came time to decide what to wear to prom, Elizabeth Rasmuson ditched any thoughts of Vera Wang for Wrigley. That’s right, the gum – Wrigley’s 5 gum to be exact..

“I heard about someone [who] made a dress out of duct-tape or something one time, so I just was like, ‘What’s something cool?’ and I always liked the colors of the 5 gum,” Elizabeth says.

To make the dress, she bought tons of gum, passed it out to friends, and collected the wrappers back. She stopped counting after 200, but had enough to make a matching vest for her boyfriend, too.
The Iowa teen’s mom fully supports her daughter’s creativity. “She’s a junior in high school and in today’s world a lot of the girls are so worried about fitting in and being like the next girl. I just think it’s really, really cool and really awesome that’s she willing to put herself [out there] – especially with an event as special and one time as prom.”

Chelsea Staub – Kissing Joe Jonas Didn’t Suck!

The 21-year-old actress plus costar pals the Jonas Brothers were highlighted on the program during a set visit, which also included Emma Roberts.

Chelsea , 21, dished on the fans coming around to her, saying, “They are getting nicer. About a couple years ago Joe and I went shopping and these pictures came out of us in Santa Monica together, and that’s when the hate mail came in because nobody knew why I was there, or why I was attached to the boys so that’s when the death threats were pretty heavy. But since then, I think I have kind of earned their trust.”

And kissing Joe? “It didn’t suck,” she said.

Caitlyn Taylor Love snaps a pic with Demi Lovato at Disney’s Friends For Change shoot over the weekend in Los Angeles.

JJJ recently caught up with Caitlyn on the set of “Summertime” music shoot about her love for Demi.

Caitlyn shared, “I love Demi’s music. She’s such a real musician and I have so much respect for her. I went to one of her concerts.”

She also told us about her own music, saying, “It’s going really good. I’m kind of just doing it on my own right now. I don’t have a record deal or anything right now. I just want to get my album finished and then give it to them [a label] so they can’t change anything (laughs). My style is really heavy rock actually.”

Daniella Monet shows off her dance moves as her younger fans try to copy her at the Teaching Garden Launch in Santa Monica, Calif., on Monday morning (April 26).

The 21-year-old actress joined Jessica Stroup, Gabrielle Reece and AARP Create The Good volunteers at the Entertainment Industry Foundation’s Teaching Garden event, which is a national program that brings an innovative, hands-on nutrition and fitness curriculum to young children. The event teaches students how a few small changes in diet and exercise can make life-saving differences.

Daniella told JJJ via Twitter about her day, “Honestly, I had the BEST time! The kids were all SO sweet and such great gardeners! I learned a lot from them. We danced too! It really was awesome. I couldn’t wait to tell my family after wards what a great experience it was.”

THE CONCERT: The Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato and the rest of the cast of the movie will be heading out on a worldwide concert tour. The three continent concert tour begins July 27 in Dallas, Texas. Tickets can be purchased at LiveNation. Also, beginning May 11, fans can also access a “Camp Rock”-themed premium iTouch and iPhone app, which will also be optimized for the iPad, to buy tickets to the concert, hear music clips, watch videos and more.

THE SOUNDTRACK: Featuring 15 original songs spanning hip-hop, rock and pop/rock, including “Can’t Back Down,” will be available Tuesday, July 27 on iTunes and in stores nationwide.

THE MOVIE: Premieres Friday, September 3 @ 8PM ET/PT on Disney Channel.

Camp Rock 2 The Final Jam summary: All the Camp Rockers have returned, eager to tune up and rock out. Nobody’s more excited than Mitchie (Lovato), who anticipates more than a summer of music. Fresh from a world tour, the rock band Connect 3 (Jonas Brothers) are hanging all summer – Shane to pursue last summer’s crush on Mitchie, his band mates as moral support.

Across the lake glistens the new Camp Star: a high-tech, big-money music camp funded by Brown’s former band mate-with-a-grudge, Axel Turner. Down-to-earth Camp Rock may have passion, talent and commitment, but Camp Star boasts resources, infrastructure and money — enough money to poach Camp Rock’s counselors and put Camp Rock out of business.

But Axel isn’t counting on a natural born leader named Mitchie, who vows to save her beloved camp and her friends’ summer. Clipboard in hand, she organizes the older Camp Rockers into counselors and keeps the camp running. Then Mitchie steps it up again… by challenging the egocentric Camp Star to a Final Jam — an end-of-summer performance duel… may the best camp win.
